第1条 同意与优先顺序

By registering, signing in, using a service or selecting acceptance, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Service policies, pricing, licenses, AI notices and order screens form part of the agreement.

If terms conflict, an individually executed agreement, paid order terms, service-specific policy, then these Terms prevail, subject always to mandatory law.

第2条 账户与SSO

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report compromise. Sharing, sale, impersonation and authentication bypass are prohibited.

SSO logout may not instantly close every connected session. Third-party OAuth outages or restrictions may affect access; the Company is not liable where it did not cause them.

第3条 用户内容

You retain ownership. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and sublicensable license only as needed to host, process, transform, transmit, secure, back up and share content as you direct, for the service and lawful retention period.

You warrant that you have necessary rights and consents. Do not upload another person's personal data, confidential information, copyrighted works, likeness or marks without authority. Suspected unlawful or harmful content may be blocked or removed, without creating a duty to monitor everything.

第4条 AI、文档与图像

AI output is probabilistic and may be false, incomplete, biased, unsafe, non-unique or similar to third-party material. No warranty is made as to accuracy, currency, originality, non-infringement or fitness for a purpose.

Independently verify consequential outputs and rights before use. Do not use services for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, deception, weapons, malware, impersonation or high-risk decisions without qualified human review.

Keep original files and backups. Formatting or content can be lost. Commercial rights in generated images depend on inputs, models, location and third-party rights.

第5条 金融免责声明

Market data, news, indicators and AI analysis are educational and general information only. The Company is not acting as your broker, investment adviser or discretionary manager and does not recommend a trade or guarantee principal or return.

Data can be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete; past performance does not predict future results. You bear decisions and market risk, including tax, currency, fee, liquidity and total-loss risk. Consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

Separate terms and explicit confirmation apply if order-routing is later offered. The Company is not responsible for market moves, exchange/data-vendor outages or user order errors it did not cause.

第6条 可接受使用与执行

No illegality, infringement, exploitation, harassment, phishing, spam, fraud, malware, evasion of safeguards, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, model extraction, excessive automation, resale or access sharing.

On reasonable suspicion the Company may investigate, rate-limit, block content, revoke tokens, suspend or terminate. Prior notice may be omitted for urgent security or legal needs.

第7条 费用与退款

Price, tax, quota, renewal and refund terms appear at checkout. Subscriptions may renew until cancelled. Cancellation before the next billing date stops future renewal.

Withdrawal may be limited for supplied digital content, consumed credits or immediately commenced services where law permits. Mandatory consumer refund rights remain intact.

第8条 变更、可用性与第三方

Features, models, limits, devices and regions may change. Material adverse changes receive reasonable notice. Maintenance, incidents, suppliers, security, force majeure or law may interrupt service. Beta features may change or end without notice.

Third-party OAuth, models, cloud, data, payment and links have their own terms. The Company does not warrant third-party conduct or availability outside its control.

第9条 知识产权

The service software, design, marks, databases and Company content belong to the Company or licensors. No rights transfer except the limited right to use the service.

Feedback may be used to improve services without identifying you, to the extent permitted by law.

第10条 保证与责任限制

Services are provided with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law the Company does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanent storage, complete security, any result or compatibility.

The Company excludes unforeseeable indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses and lost profit, business, data or opportunity. For paid service claims, aggregate liability is generally capped at amounts actually paid for that service in the six months before the event.

No limit excludes fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death/personal injury, privacy duties or liability that mandatory law forbids limiting. For free services, liability is excluded to the lawful extent absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.

第11条 终止

You may request deletion at any time. Material breach, prolonged nonpayment, security risk or law may lead to restriction or termination, with an opportunity to respond where feasible. Export needed content before termination; later handling follows the Privacy Policy and law.

第12条 变更、法律与语言

Changes are normally posted 7 days ahead and materially adverse changes 30 days ahead; separate consent is obtained where required. Korean law governs and courts with statutory jurisdiction hear disputes, without limiting mandatory consumer venue.

To the extent law permits, the Korean version controls a conflict. Effective October 5, 2026.
